White people made the growing up white hashtag in retaliation to a hashtag that had NOTHING to do with them or race in general.

Every time black people make something fun and carefree on social media talking about our culture and race, white people get offended and say stuff like “It’ll be racist if we did it” . They hate knowing that they’re not included in everything. I’m glad they acknowledge racism exists with them being the origin though.
Aren’t common white childhood experiences already shown on television and film????? They’re considered what is “normal” so even their childhoods are represented in text books, reading materials, and standardized tests… I’m confused as to why they’d even need to share common experiences
