A couple years back my friend, Katy, lent me her copy of this DVD because there’s an option in the subtitles to have these little factoids about each scene pop up. One of my favorites was about this scene and I’ve actually been meaning to post this for a while. If you look at the lights in the behind Scott and Ramona, you’ll notice that they’re shaped like hearts and X’s respectively. Until the 7th shot, in which the lights behind Ramona also become hearts. That little effect made this one of my favorite scenes in the whole movie.
