im sorry but this is bs. i understand what hes getting at but not the way hes choosing to bring it across. I dont agree with what hes saying

i get the point of him saying that people had it worse. I totally get that, and I get him saying that hes gunna have to suck it up and deal with it for the rest of his life totally comprehend that too. But dont say he hasnt done anything to prove that hes sorry or remorseful because thats not true. No he didnt do jail time but hes a felon now and he had a shit load of community service to do. the restraining order may have been dropped but the felony record hasnt.Also he didnt come out with an album 6 months later, it was a free mixtape for his fans there is a difference. He’s publicly apologized more than once and answered the questions more than once. He went on the show to promote an album not rehash something that he has to live with daily. I also dont think that GMA was a good forum to do that either way. If he had answered the questions with a straight face people wouldve said he didnt care at all. He cant win, he’s human so hes gunna show anger/hurt while he doesnt need to find a better way to release it Idk why people are acting like he doesnt deserve a break at all
I actually like Chris Brown, and I defended him after he kicked Rihanna’s ass, but right about now he needs to sit the fuck down.
The fact that Chris Brown didn’t go to jail, has a hit song on the radio, and is releasing an album means he already got his break. It doesn’t matter if he doesn’t want to answer questions about Rihanna anymore, people are still interested in the topic so that means he’s going to have to face constant inquiries about it for the rest of his life.
The reason Jay Smooth (and a lot of other people) say he hasn’t atoned for his crime and changed as a person is because he’s still having violent outbursts. If your temper made you bash your girlfriend in the face, then you go to therapy to work on your anger issues… and then 2 years later you get so mad that you throw a chair at a glass window in the offices of one of the biggest media companies in the world……. your anger issues are still there.
If he can’t even control his anger in a media building when everyone is watching, how do you think he acts in private?
He needs to go back to therapy.
